It was easy to schedule my appointment over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by Travis who would be taking care of me day. He then introduced me to the technician who was going to be performing my service. This all made we feel very comfortable. I was shown the waiting area and was able to enjoy a morning coffee while catching up on my emails with the free wifi. Will definitely be doing business with these 2 individuals again, they both made it easy.

Took 3 days this time. We had to bring vehicle back after having front struts replaced. We were informed on this visit that one of the struts was defective and that it would be no cost to us. However, there would be a delay waiting for parts. Service manger suggested work on the stability link since it was there and it was the reason we had brought it back. So we also had to pay for an alignment in addition to what the extended warranty deductible.

I arrived a bit early, and the service department was ready for me. I waited in the showroom for the tech to complete the oil change. I returned to the service writer and requested they change my windshield wipers to be replaced. That was added to the job and took no time at all. My truck was returned to the customer lane and was ready to go.

Service was great. Folks are friendly and helpful. facility is nice. Only disappointment on the visit was they changed the air filter. It cost $69 to do that. I guess I should ask how much before I approve it. Seems like a very high price. You can buy a good air filter for less than $20. I won't do that again. Will certainly be changing my own filters that are accessible like that.

went in for repair to windshield wiper fluid pump repair. Johanna noticed my oil change was due so did that too. Appreciated her catching that. Logan Peters took my info and checked me in and later told me I had a tire that couldn't be repaired (nail in sidewall). He gave me my options and was pleased with the outcome. Scheduled my truck to be serviced on 4/8/26 at least two weeks out. I was told this service might take two days. When I dropped my truck off I confirmed with Shawn that they were starting the job on the 8th. I dropped it off at 8AM. My truck was not touched until the 9th at 2PM. Now when I dropped it off i understand sh*t happens and i planed worst case (hoping it would not happen) but Friday pick up could be a thing. I did not get my truck back until monday the 13th 4PM. This is my work truck. I am a one band man and was grounded. I can be without my truck as long as I need to however I need you guys to be real with me so i can plan and prep my customers. Also I had to call that Monday. no one called me to tell me it was done. They also said they had no one to test drive it.... Do you know how crazy that sounds with a building full of people??? So I would not have had my truck back Monday if I had not called them at 2:06PM. you guys have been great for basic service however larger jobs seem to be an issue... or is this because it was a warranty job...? An extended warranty I bought from chevy.... I am not impressed with this service. I will be in need of a 3500 soon and this most likely will send me some where else for that purchase.

Both my vehicles had issues that kept them off the road. Sean was able to work them into the full schedule which was very helpful. One was done and could be driven as the other one became disabled! I needed service for a transmission in a Silverado. The service writer explained my options and the cost for each option. The appointment was done as scheduled and I was given a call when it was ready to be picked up. The service department found two open recalls on the truck and did those as well. The price was the same I was given when I made the appointment. I am very happy with the results.

I had a great experience, the staff was very efficient and thorough. I came in to inquire about a vehicle and Shawn was able to answer all of my questions immediately and offered a test drive. He was very receptive to my asks and needs. Chris was very helpful, offered me almost exactly what I was hoping for. He has also followed up and made sure everything went smoothly and that I was totally satisfied. Mike made sure the paperwork went smoothly, also had some sound advice on the def system. Left just as satisfied as when we bought our first new car from Tim 32 years ago. Logan got me in to the service department the next business day to finish up on accessory installation and the team was quick with Chris again checking on me and making sure everything was to my liking. It’s great to be able to walk into this dealership with friendly familiar staff every time.

Mike and Casey really saved me finding out about a defective part that was actually under warranty on my truck when I was originally told it wasn't by someone else it would be over 500 to fix it i really appreciate people like that.
